Promotes printing stabilization

K-PressNavi indicates operating navigation to the press operator on the PQC (operation console) screen. A completely new printing information tool supporting standard printing operations on the pressroom floor.

K-PressNavi accurately informs the press operator of, for example, the “when, what, why, and how” of press maintenance operations that are indispensable for stabilizing print quality. K-PressNavi operating navigation covers not only operating procedure slides using animation and press maintenance information but also settings of various press systems, KHS settings and printing troubleshooting. It also powerfully promotes improvement and leveling of operator technical skills.

Print quality analysis

K-ColorChecker is a color management tool that automatically creates an analysis report of print quality and color matching from PDC measurement results. The print quality assessment report is created from the measurement results of the Komori PDC-SX or PDC-SII Spectral Print Density Control System, enabling understanding of points for print quality standardization. Contributes significantly to printing standardization by shifting from quality checking by sense to digital control.

Color matching of offset and digital

Using K-ColorSimulator 2 (KCS) enables simulation of offset color with various inkjet and toner printers. High-precision simulation requires a highly accurate profile, and a high-accuracy profile (DLP) can be created easily and without special expertise.
